First, the H 2 has a compact, ruggedized housing that is weather and element resistant. Second, it is available in Standard Power (SP) or Low Power (LP) models. The LP only requires the power supplied by a dedicated standard phone line to still issue crucial report alarms even during power failures. Designed for remote locations in hostile environments, the H 2 offers protection and security thought too expensive or too complicated before. Constant Monitoring The H 2 monitors up to 8 sensors that each measure any quantifiable condition. This includes standard operations as well as exceptions such as temperature or humidity, mechanical or power failures, plus the presence of toxic gases or harmful chemicals and hydrocarbons, like gasoline or diesel oil. The H 2 never sleeps. It constantly takes readings and compares them to user defined limits.
