Manual Wire Wrapping & Unwrapping Tools All three tools are designed to give you high-quality construction and fatigue-free use on all common wire wrapping and unwrapping operations.

Round Cable Slitter This slitter allows you to safely slit, split and remove insulation up to 3/16 in. (4.8 mm) from many kinds of single or multiple conductor cable. Its rotating blade allows you to slit your cable in both a longitudinal as well as an orbital configuration. In fact, it can easily handle nearly any 1/2 in. to 1 in. dia. (12-25 mm) (25 to 100-pair air core PIC) cable with our model 01820, or from 1 in. to 1-3/8 in. (25-35 mm) with our model 01825 Adjust the knurled knob on the cutter head to the proper cutting depth up to 3/16 in. (4.8 mm) A precision swivel blade lets you make a full 360˚ slit around the cable To slit the cable lengthwise, rotate the slide lever to swivel the blade 90˚ The durable slitting blade is built to provide you with extended, uninterrupted slitting service in the field To replace the blade, just slide the roll pin in the handle to one side to remove the spare Manual Wire Unwrapping Tool - 20551 Allows you to remove a wide variety of 22-24 AWG wire wrapped connections from .030 in. x .060 in. and .045 in. sq. terminals. At the tip is a finely milled bit that hooks only the leading edge of the wire and acts like a corkscrew, removing the wire wrap by wrap. unwrapping, and rotate the tool with your other hand. When you’re done, release the sleeve, and the bit will automatically be protected from accidental drops and dings. Manual Wire Wrap Tool - 22681 Lets you make uniform, gas-tight, solderless wrapped connections with 22-24 AWG (.65-.50 mm) wire on standard .030 in. x .060 in. and .045 in. sq. wire wrap posts. Sleeve Unwrapping Tool - 20827 Gives you all the versatility of our standard unwrapping tool, but adds a funnel-shaped spring-loaded sleeve which covers and protects the delicate leading edge of the bit.
