Wrenches

Alligator Wrench So-called because of its shape (like an alligator’s mouth). Others may know it as a Goat Wrench or an Always Ready Wrench. Historically it was used to turn iron and steel pipes and rods which could not be turned with a regular wrench. A pipefitter often used such a tool in fitting or removing air and water-piping from a locomotive. Today, we're reintroducing this versitile tool to the industry with ability to accomodate metric and SAE sizes in hex and square nuts with an automatic ratchet like action. Included on the handle are 3/8 thru 5/8 inch (9.52 mm thru 15.8 mm) thread restorers and a built-in hammer.

The opening is equivalent to a 9/16 (14 mm) thru a 1-1/8 inch (28 mm) wrench. 12 in. (304.8 mm) long by 3 in. (76.2 mm) wide Made from forged steel Chrome plated finish to fight corrosion The GMP Alligator Wrench will be the first tool you reach for when you need that "one tool fits all".
