MODEL 530 HELIUM FLOW CONTROLLER

Description The Dielectric Model 530 Helium Flow Controller is designed to put constant pressure on the regulator to avoid shutdown of the regulator due to pressure changes. When used with the Model 526, the Model 530 ensures that the proper amount of helium is being put into the system and eliminates helium waste. The Model 530 is also used to connect the Dielectric Model 526 Flowrater to the cylinder regulator.
